1. Our service

RestorationDeal is an advertising website for Restoration USA, an independent restoration company. We send your request to Restoration USA, and we are paid for that referral. We are not a contractor, do not perform restoration work, and do not employ contractors or technicians.

2. Your request

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to request service for the property. Submitting a request is not a contract for services. Any inspection time is confirmed directly by Restoration USA. Any agreement for inspection, estimate, or work is solely between you and Restoration USA.

3. Consent to contact

By clicking the submit button on our form, you agree to be contacted by RestorationDeal and Restoration USA, at the number you provide, including by calls and texts that may use automated technology or prerecorded messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or email contact@restorationdeal.com.

4. Restoration USA

Restoration USA is an independent business. We do not guarantee or take responsibility for its services, pricing, licensing, insurance, workmanship, or conduct. You are responsible for evaluating it before hiring.

5. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we do not guarantee availability of any company in your area or any result.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from services performed by Restoration USA. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars.

7. Acceptable use

You may not submit false information, submit requests on behalf of others without authorization, or interfere with the Site's operation.
