This Privacy Policy explains how RestorationDeal ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information through restorationdeal.com.

- Information you provide: your full name, phone number, property ZIP code, and the type of service you request, and your phone number and call details when you call us.
- Information collected automatically: your IP address, which we use to estimate your location so we can pre-fill your ZIP code, plus your approximate city and state, browser and device details (user agent), and the page you submitted from.
How we use it
- To send your request to Restoration USA.
- To contact you about your request, with your consent.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and to prevent fraud.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who receives your information
When you submit a request, your information, including the automatically collected details above, is shared with Restoration USA so they can contact you, and we may be compensated for those referrals. Under some state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
We also use service providers who process information on our behalf:
- LeadProsper — lead distribution platform used to deliver your request to Restoration USA.
- ipwho.is and ipinfo.io — IP geolocation services used to estimate your ZIP code.
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers.
We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. To stop texts, reply STOP. To stop calls from us, email us with the phone number you used.

Children
